Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist to join our team onsite at DIA. You will conduct analysis integrating multi-source intelligence to assess national security developments and provide actionable insights.

The role requires at least 3+ years in HUMINT targeting, TS/SCI with polygraph willingness, and experience with visualization and targeting tools. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; multiple years of experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting.
• Experience with computer-based tools such as CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX.
• Experience writing cables.
• Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC.
• Ability to create network diagrams using Analyst Notebook.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of targeting experience or 10+ years of targeting in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis using intelligence from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues that are regional or functional in nature.
