Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist to join our team onsite at DIA in Washington, DC. You will conduct analysis from multiple sources to assess and forecast national security issues, and you will maintain an active TS/SCI clearance while using Analyst Notebook for network diagrams.

The role requires DoW/IC knowledge and experience with targeting, with a willingness to undergo a polygraph. The position is based on site at the DIA, in the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting.
• Experience with CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT and QLIX.
• Experience writing cables.
• Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC.
• Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of targeting experience, or 10+ years of targeting in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting
• Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX
• Experience writing Cables
• Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC
• Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam #qinetiqclearedjob
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
• Experience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open-Source Research
• Experience navigating complex mission sets with both DoW and non-DoW Federal Departments and Agencies
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$91,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
