Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in verification and validation for safety-critical systems.
• Experience with test environments and automated test cells.
• Knowledge of IEC 61508 and ISO 26262 safety standards.
• C++ testing experience; Python for automation.
• AI/ML validation for perception and decision-making.
• Responsible AI practices including risk assessment.
• Ability to integrate AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the V&V lifecycle for the humanoid robot platform.
• Develop V&V plans, test cases, and procedures for hardware, software, firmware, and AI.
• Build and maintain full-system test environments and automated test cells.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, safety requirements, and tests.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Demonstrate compliance with IEC 61508, ISO 13482, ISO 10218.
• Collaborate with safety, design, software, and systems teams.
