Job summary

Boston Dynamics in Savannah, GA seeks Field Repair Technicians to troubleshoot, test and repair Atlas humanoid robots at the RMAC. You will perform complex repairs, use laptop diagnostics, multimeters, and oscilloscopes while working within a Linux environment to verify hardware health after repairs.

The role requires mechanical and electrical expertise, the ability to lift 50 pounds, read BOMs, and collaborate with engineering, software and operations to maximize robot uptime.

Qualifications

• Extensive mechanical assembly and teardown experience.
• Proficiency reading schematics and using a multimeter for testing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs and preventive maintenance on high‑performance humanoid robots.
• Utilize tools and instrumentation to diagnose power distribution, sensors, and comms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and maintain robot uptime.
