Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to join our team. You will perform exclusion, repair, and remediation services on residential and commercial properties, identify entry points, and apply humane prevention measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install exclusion barriers to prevent entry.
• Perform minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Document services and report to customers with clear scopes of work.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
