Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI seeks a compassionate Human Services Professional - Specialized to deliver skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services in clients' homes, schools, and communities.

You will work under supervision of a Licensed Therapist, helping clients build independence and healthy coping skills while traveling throughout Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, Wood, and Portage Counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
• Experience with individuals facing mental health challenges is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services.
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills.
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes.
• Complete timely documentation and maintain client records.
• Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Respond to client needs with some evenings and weekends.
