Job Summary

Determine eligibility for Programs including interviewing, customers face-to-face or by telephone in Agency of Community site. Performing follow-up case changes. Handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPPA and Confidentiality laws. Servicing residents in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy of benefit distributions.
