Job summary

OSHR Temporary Solutions is seeking to fill a Human Services Program Consultant III (S) position in Raleigh, NC, with the Department of Health and Human Services - DCFW Child Youth. The role offers an hourly rate of $35.00, based on education and experience, and notes that there are no leave or retirement benefits for this temporary assignment.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree related to the program and several years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution with four years related experience; or Bachelor's degree with six years related experience; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of all System of Care outreach activities, including conferences, awareness events, and community engagement activities.
  • Oversight of any contracts related to outreach and awareness.
  • Oversight of digital communications, such as newsletter posts, media posts.
  • Serve as a primary connector between the North Carolina System of Care Team and state partners (including DHHS programs, schools, child welfare, juvenile justice, and private sector stakeholders).
  • Oversight of the System of Care Advisory Council (SOCAC).

This temporary position is located at 1915 Health Services Way Raleigh, NC 28607- Wake County, with Department of Health and Human Services - DCFW CHILD YOUTH.

Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $35.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

  • This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position.
  • Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).

Minimum Education and Experience

Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and six years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
