Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is seeking a compassionate Human Services Professional - Specialized to support individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities across Marathon and surrounding counties.

Under supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, you will deliver skill-building, psychoeducation, and recovery-oriented services, helping clients gain independence, healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals with trauma-informed, person-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with individuals experiencing mental health challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes
• Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Respond to client needs through flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, you will help clients build independence, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do
