What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a technical and training partner in the configuration and maintenance of HR systems, specifically UKG Pro and Workforce Management modules
- Lead the assessment and refinement of the New Hire Orientation program across all locations
- Manage and monitor the assignment of regulatory and compliance courses in the HealthStream LMS for all locations
- Promote and support the use of performance reviews and check-ins within the HRIS system
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement staff recognition initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, HRIS support, or LMS administration
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or HealthStream strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success working independently in a fully remote role
