What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide technical and training support for the configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems, specifically UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM)
• Lead the assessment and refinement of the New Hire Orientation program across various locations
• Manage and monitor compliance training assignments within the HealthStream Learning Management System (LMS)
• Promote staff engagement and retention initiatives, including performance reviews and recognition programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance training delivery
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in training coordination, HRIS support, or LMS administration
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or HealthStream strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and comfort with system configuration, reporting, and training delivery
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working independently in a fully remote role
• Familiarity with accreditation standards such as CARF and TJC
• Previous experience in a healthcare or addiction treatment environment
• Knowledge of best practices in training and employee engagement initiatives
