Location: REMOTE, based out of Chicago offices (preference given to local candidates)

Duration: 6+ months

This role focuses on program administration, content management, LMS oversight, and event coordination to deliver impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Program Administration: Manage project tracking systems, provide administrative support, and coordinate team capacity planning
  • Content Management: Update training materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, and support content translation efforts
  • LMS Administration: Audit learning sessions, manage class scheduling, track completions, and analyze survey feedback
  • Communications: Draft program emails, coordinate with communications teams, and respond to learner inquiries
  • Event Support: Assist with onsite event logistics, setup, and material preparation
