Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk CAD Trainer & Technical Support Specialist for a contract position. The role involves developing custom training, providing technical support for Autodesk software (Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault), and collaborating with engineering teams to meet their CAD training needs.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and update training materials tailored to Autodesk software.
2. Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
3. Provide one-on-one coaching and troubleshooting support for CAD users.
4. Assist with user account management and perform routine audits.
5. Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
6. Stay updated with the latest Autodesk features and industry trends.
7. Maintain records of training sessions and generate reports.
8. Collaborate with engineering staff to customize training programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience using Autodesk applications, especially Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault.
• Previous experience as a CAD Trainer or similar role is preferred.
