Job summary

Holland & Knight in Tampa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the HR Systems Team, directing day-to-day operations and overseeing all HR systems including Workday. You will drive reporting, data analysis, and projects for design, maintenance, implementation, and upgrades of HR systems while maintaining system security.

The role requires 9+ years in HRIS management, BI, and Workday experience, with strong communication and vendor management skills.

The individual in this position will oversee all HR Systems and Applications including Workday and the department’s involvement in reporting, data analysis, projects related to the design, analysis, maintenance, implementation, and upgrade of these systems.
