Position Overview

Positions may be filled at either location:

• Whitehall: $77,154 - $120,222
• New Cumberland: $84,601 - $131,826

Responsibilities

• At GS-11 level, perform duties in a developmental capacity.
• At GS-12 level, provide comprehensive Federal Civilian Classification and Recruitment services.
• Advise management on HR issues affecting organization-wide functions.
• Support establishment of organizational structures that are efficient and support career development.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Flexible tour of duty; security clearance may be required.
• Successful completion of suitability or fitness determination.
• Selective Service registration for males born after 12-31-1959.

Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience or education, including specialized experience at GS-11 or GS-12 levels, or equivalent. Education can be used to substitute experience if from an accredited institution and supported by transcripts.
