• Work on Human Resources projects alongside experienced colleagues
• Explore HR Project Management Office (PMO) and one Center of Excellence rotation
• Potentially work in Talent and Organization Effectiveness, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Technology, HR Compliance, and Associate and Labor Relations
• Participate in specialized onboarding, mentorship, social and networking events, peer collaboration, and leadership report-out meetings
• Build business acumen, functional expertise, professional skills, and technical skills for future career opportunities

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or Human Resources Administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills are required
