Position Overview

MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company providing Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing, and cloud technology solutions across multiple industries. The role is a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Specialist focused primarily on recruitment activities, supporting the Talent Acquisition team and other HR functions.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support in partnership with operations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS entries.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and prepare job reacquisition requests.
• Communicate policies and practices to staff, including payroll, compliance, and employment inquiries.
• Recommend HR strategies based on business goals.
• Monitor employee engagement and provide hands‑on support, including remote interactions.
• Respond to macroeconomic and fiscal changes impacting HR operations.
• Drive employee relations, retention, and reward programs.
• Manage high‑volume workload and multiple priorities effectively.
• Ensure excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in recruiting roles.
• Undergraduate level education in Human Resources or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of training tools and techniques.
• Strong conflict resolution, time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a professional, fast‑paced environment.
• Capacity to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Excellent planning, management, and coordination skills across diverse learning styles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the military, local, state, or federal government.
• Experience in a contact center environment.
• Graduation from an accredited two‑year or four‑year college or university.
• SHRM‑SCP or similar certification.

Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements
