Responsibilities include manpower analysis, dashboarding from DR database, identifying gaps, and supporting leadership with analytics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, HR, or related discipline.
• 5+ years HR/manpower experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal workforce programs.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, workforce analytics, and HR systems.

Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist supports data-driven workforce planning and manpower optimization across the F-35 JPO. This position provides strategic development of workforce planning, personnel lifecycle management, and manpower optimization to ensure alignment with mission requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, HR, or related discipline
• 5+ years of HR/manpower experience
• Experience supporting DoD or federal workforce programs
• Knowledge of manpower planning, workforce analytics, and HR systems

Desired

• Familiarity with federal HR and manpower regulations
• Knowledge and experience in the coordination and development of FMS manpower requirements packages
• Experience in developing and managing formal task management processes and toolsets
• Accredited HR certification a plus
