Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Compensation: $24.25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm (Training: 3-4 weeks, hours Monday-Friday 7am-4pm)

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with staffing agencies, employees, and managers.
• Creating and driving employee engagement events and activities.
• Publishing the calendar.
• Data entry, management, and correction of various Excel files.
• Providing onboarding training to workforce as needed.
• Reviewing and approving discipline documents.

Qualifications:

• HR, recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
