ATI is hiring an HR Specialist with an HRIS focus to join our Corporate HR Team located in Dallas, TX! This is an onsite position, working in the Dallas office 5 days per week.



Responsibilities:




  • Works on HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platform and maintenance of employee data. Enters and maintains employee records in the HRIS including new hires, terminations, promotions, compensation changes, and other HR transactions.

  • Develops and maintains documentation on key HR processes and system procedures.

  • Develops and runs queries from HR reporting tools as needed, including data analytics and management reporting.

  • Assists with the development and execution of complex, detailed-level HR data analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making, compliance requirements, and operational improvements; utilize tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and HRIS reporting modules to deliver actionable insights.

  • Performs regular audits on HR data to ensure data quality and integrity.

  • Participates in deploying system and system-related process enhancements as needed.

  • Provides HR systems training to internal users and updates User Documents as needed.

  • Makes recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and internal customer service.

  • Assist in the compilation and maintenance of documentation for various HR programs and processes

  • Provides administrative and project management support to human resources function as needed including auditing, data entry, record keeping, and personnel file maintenance.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.

  • Willingness to work as a team and assist in multiple areas when requested.


Basic Qualifications:



  • General Human Resources experience required. Recent graduates with internship experience will be considered.

  • Data entry experience required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and v look ups.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with HR Systems ADP, Kronos and Cornerstone preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • HR Generalist experience.

  • Data analysis and reporting experience is preferred.

  • Ability to research and analyze various types of data and information.

  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and regulations of government law.
