Job Description
Provide support for daily human resource operations. Maintain and operate the substitute system and process related documentation for the district. Serve as the point-of-contact at the district for substitutes. Handle routine HR inquiries and provide responsive and knowledgeable assistance to employees. Job Title and rate of pay will be based upon applicant's qualifications.
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Experience:
2 years secretarial/clerical/administrative experience
None.
Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals
Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
Motion: Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching
Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (under 15 pounds)
Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours; occasional districtwide travel
Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress
