Job Description

The most successful HR Recruiter will support the Human Resources team in daily activities, primarily focusing on recruiting. You will be the main contact for candidates, processing applications, conducting interviews, and addressing applicant questions or concerns. Most of your time will be dedicated to recruiting for production vacancies, with some responsibilities related to managing HR metrics and paperwork.

SHIFT:

The plant operates on multiple shifts. Typically, this role is on the 1st shift (Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm), but flexibility to work alternate shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles with high-volume data entry, maintaining accuracy.
• Previous human resources and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Experience recruiting, screening, and sourcing production laborers.
• Strong teamwork, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to different situations and styles.
• Ability to support a multi-shift operation with variable hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, business, or related fields preferred.
