Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team with candidate screening and interview coordination. You will engage with candidates and help guide them through the early stages of the hiring process, ensuring a professional candidate experience.

You’ll partner with the Recruiting Solutions Lead and provide proactive, reliable support during peak hiring seasons to keep the process running smoothly and effectively.

Job description

Recruiting Coordinator - someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has a sharp eye for detail to support our recruiting team.

This isn't a "check-the-box" recruiting role. You'll play a key part in identifying strong candidates, guiding them through the early stages of the hiring process, and ensuring every interaction reflects a thoughtful and professional candidate experience.

You'll partner closely with the Recruiting Solutions Lead and step in where needed - especially during peak hiring seasons to keep our process running smoothly and effectively.

• Conduct phone screens, getting to know candidates and assessing both qualifications and overall fit
• Jump in to assist with interviews during busy hiring periods
• Partner with the Recruiting Solutions Lead on priorities, problem-solving, and process improvements
• Reviewing resumes and applications with strong attention to detail
• Conducting phone screenings and evaluating candidate fit
• Assisting with recruiting needs as they arise
• Reliable, proactive support to the recruiting team
