Job description

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator - someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has a sharp eye for detail to support our recruiting team. This isn't a "check-the-box" recruiting role. You'll play a key part in identifying strong candidates, guiding them through the early stages of the hiring process, and ensuring every interaction reflects a thoughtful and professional candidate experience.

You’ll partner closely with the Recruiting Solutions Lead and step in where needed—especially during peak hiring seasons—to keep our process running smoothly and effectively.

A Day in the Life

No two days are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:

• Start your day reviewing new applicants—looking beyond resumes to spot potential, not just perfection
• Conduct phone screens, getting to know candidates and assessing both qualifications and overall fit
• Actively listen during conversations to understand the candidate experiences, motivations, and concerns
• Coordinate interviews
• Send out screening questionnaires and follow up with candidates to keep things moving
• Communicate updates clearly and professionally, ensuring candidates feel informed and respected
• Flag anything that seems off—gaps, inconsistencies, or concerns—for further review
• Jump in to assist with interviews during busy hiring periods
• Partner with the Recruiting Solutions Lead on priorities, problem-solving, and process improvements

Some days will be fast-paced and high-volume, while others require deeper focus and thoughtful evaluation.

Additional Information

• Wage: $18.00-$19.50/hour
• Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p EST
