Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who truly enjoys working with people and has a sharp eye for detail to support our recruiting team in Clifton, Texas. The role isn’t about checking boxes; you will identify strong candidates, guide them through the early hiring stages, and ensure every interaction reflects a thoughtful, professional candidate experience.

You’ll closely partner with the Recruiting Solutions Lead during peak seasons to keep our process running smoothly and to drive

Recruiting Coordinator - someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has a sharp eye for detail to support our recruiting team.

This isn't a "check-the-box" recruiting role. You'll play a key part in identifying strong candidates, guiding them through the early stages of the hiring process, and ensuring every interaction reflects a thoughtful and professional candidate experience.

You'll partner closely with the Recruiting Solutions Lead and step in where needed - especially during peak hiring seasons to keep our process running smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens, getting to know candidates and assessing both qualifications and overall fit
• Jump in to assist with interviews during busy hiring periods
• Partner with the Recruiting Solutions Lead on priorities, problem-solving, and process improvements
• Reviewing resumes and applications with strong attention to detail
• Conducting phone screenings and evaluating candidate fit
• Assisting with recruiting needs as they arise
• Reliable, proactive support to the recruiting team
