Job summary

InnoSource is seeking an experienced full-time Recruiter in Dublin, OH to own the entire hiring process—from sourcing to close. You’ll build strong client relationships, identify top talent (including passive candidates), and guide candidates through offers and transitions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience with a track record of meeting placement goals.
• Ability to manage a full-cycle desk independently from sourcing to close.
• Strong rapport-building and genuine communication throughout the process.
• Ambitious with a drive to grow your recruiting career.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with client companies to understand team dynamics.
• Source and screen candidates, including passive talent and hidden gems.
• Own the full process from first contact to signed offer.
• Coach candidates through career transitions and offers.
• Refine sourcing and closing approaches, contributing to team learnings.
