Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an HR Specialist in Markleville, IN to handle accounts payable/receivable tasks and support recruitment for a construction team. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with a pay range shown and an evaluation-hire path.

Responsibilities include invoicing accuracy, payments, reconciliations, and end-to-end hiring coordination. Strong Excel/Sheets and detail-oriented work are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5yrs AR/AP or Accounting Experience and/or Human Resources, Recruiting
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
