Position Summary:

The HR Operations Specialist will support HR functions from onboarding to employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. They will ensure policy compliance, educate employees about programs, and possess broad HR knowledge.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Administer compensation and benefit programs to attract and retain talent.
  2. Support employees on HR topics like leaves and compensation, resolving issues as needed.
  3. Promote HR programs to foster an efficient, conflict-free workplace.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
  5. Gather and analyze HR data, including metrics like time to hire and turnover rates.
  6. Resolve issues independently and provide solutions.
  7. Support payroll operations.
  8. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or policies.
  9. Monitor employee morale and company culture.
  10. Maintain knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  11. Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and training.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  • Ten years of HR experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with executive-level interaction
  • Payroll and 401(k) administration experience preferred
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
  • Problem-solving skills

The compensation package includes salary and incentive pay, with a base salary range of $90,000-$110,000 (USD), excluding bonuses. Total compensation varies based on experience and performance.
