Clarios, LLC invites applicants to join a two-year HR/Ops Rotational Program across multiple US battery manufacturing plants. You will gain cross-functional experience in HR, quality/EHS, supply chain, and supervision, with three rotations and leadership development opportunities.
Open to undergraduates graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, and willing to relocate every 8 months for the program's duration.
Through HR/Ops Rotational Program you will gain firsthand experience in operations by having roles in our battery manufacturing plants with focus on people. You will be presented with diverse project responsibilities, engaging you in cross functional job experience networking with all levels of Clarios leadership. The 2-year program consists of 3 rotations in our US based facilities. Rotations include HR, Quality/EHS/Supply Chain, & Supervision. Possible locations include Geneva, IL; Canby, OR; Tampa, FL; St Joseph, MO; Toledo, OH; Yuma, AZ; Fort Wayne, IN; Florence, KY; Middletown, DE; Oconee, SC; or Red Oak, IA. Graduates are placed in a manufacturing location upon completing the program, and assignments that continue to demand leadership excellence gained through the program enabling expedited career growth opportunities. Open to Undergraduate Seniors graduating in December 2026 or May 2027!
Ensure robust planning across plants, geographies, and work with cross functional teams. Influence local teams to improve their local processes and production. Develop working relationships with internal customers and product management teams.
Required A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred. 3 year’s of Human Resources experience lieu of bachelor’s may be considered. Ability to relocate every 8 months for 2 years – Mandatory. Minimum of 1 year of work experience. PLEASE NOTE that applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
