Clarios, LLC is launching a 2-year HR/Ops Rotational Program with 3 rotations in US facilities, including Florence, KY. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR, Quality/EHS/Supply Chain, and supervision, with opportunities to advance into manufacturing leadership roles.

Open to Undergraduate Seniors graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, and requires relocation every 8 months for 2 years. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills encouraged.

• 3 years HR experience may substitute for degree.
• Must be willing to relocate every 8 months for 2 years.

What You Will Do:Through HR/Ops Rotational Program you will gain firsthand experience in operations by having roles in our battery manufacturing plants with focus on people.You will be presented with diverse project responsibilities, engaging you in cross functional job experience networking with all levels of Clarios leadership.The 2-year program consists of 3 rotations in our US based facilities. Rotations include HR, Quality/EHS/Supply Chain, & Supervision.
