Stein Collection is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding and HR processes at its Park City, Utah location. This on-site position is Monday through Friday, focusing on new hire onboarding, accurate paperwork, and timely processing to ensure a smooth start for new team members.

• Coordinate and complete all necessary steps for new hire onboarding, including paperwork and I-9 verification.
• Assist with all steps of the employee termination process and ensure required documentation is filed.
• Maintain organized and accurate team member files and assist with periodic file audits.
• Assist with recruiting-related social media posts and advertise open positions.
• Assist HR with recognition programs, team events, and other HR initiatives.
• Communicate new team member arrival information to Housing Manager and assist with arrival transportation.
• Maintain an organized HR office and onboarding supplies.
• Provide general administrative support (photocopying, mailing, scanning, emailing, filing).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

HR Onboarding Specialist

The HR Onboarding Coordinator supports the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on coordinating new hire onboarding and assisting with the employee termination process. This position helps ensure new team members have a smooth and welcoming start to their employment and that required paperwork and HR processes are completed accurately and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is interested in developing their career in Human Resources.

This is an on-site position, with a Monday through Friday schedule.

The successful candidate will be passionate about the little details and have a desire to learn and grow in HR.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate and complete all necessary steps for new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 completion and verification, filing, and maintaining accurate team member records.
• Assist with all steps of the employee termination process and ensure required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Maintain organized and accurate team member files and assist with periodic file audits.
• Assist with recruiting-related social media posts and advertising open positions.
• Assist the HR team with recognition programs, team member events, and other HR initiatives throughout the year.
• Communicate new team member arrival information to the Housing Manager and assist with coordinating arrival transportation.
• Maintain an organized HR office, including keeping onboarding supplies stocked and up to date.
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, emailing, and filing documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
