Air Force Civilian Service in Arlington, VA seeks a Full-Time HR Specialist, AcqDemo Program Manager (NH-0201-04) to drive policy development and implementation across the DAF AcqDemo program. The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Human Resources Specialist, AcqDemo Program Manager, NH-0201-04 to work at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert technical guidance and oversight across the full spectrum of DAF Acquisition Demonstration (AcqDemo) Program Office; advises organizations on various AcqDemo program elements for implementation and effective continuation. As an expert on the DAF AcqDemo team, you will lead the charge in transforming civilian personnel management policies and procedures. You will be directly responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of DAF-wide AcqDemo policy, creating strategic initiatives to retain, recognize, and reward the civilian acquisition workforce supporting the warfighter.
This is not a desk-bound role. You will serve as the hands-on face of the AcqDemo Program. Expect frequent and significant TDY travel to conduct on-site audits, facilitate pay pools with senior leaders, and deliver high-impact training directly to DAF organizations. Salary Range: $107,446 - $164,301. Does not include locality pay
Value of Position (VOP): If your current basic salary is within the band, but above the stated VOP, your basic salary will not be reduced if you are selected for the position.
