ProFound Staffing is partnering with a growing environmental fire protection manufacturing company in Houston, Texas to find an Office Manager / HR Manager to set the tone on how team members experience the company from their first day forward. The Office Manager / HR Manager will be responsible for creating an environment that feels thoughtful and welcoming, while making it clear from the beginning that standards are high.
- 50% Office management and administration
- 50% HR responsibilities
This role is important because when team members bring problems to the Office Manager/ HR Manager they know they'll be heard and treated fairly, with judgment about when to handle things directly versus when to loop in leadership or legal counsel. This role supports people's success and reinforces company values — it's not about being everyone's sounding board, smoothing over every issue, or acting as an office parent figure. Success looks like a smoothly running office where no one notices the work happening behind the scenes; that's the real compliment. And while the rules matter, the guiding principle is always the bigger picture: treating people ethically, making sound and consistent decisions, and protecting both the team member and the company.
