Job Description

Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education, and retail operations. Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Tulsa PS

This role will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark employees at Tulsa PS, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. The position is on-site 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Issue resolution including hotline response, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation
  • Employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Talent acquisition and hiring decisions for hourly food service positions
  • Payroll processing and benefits assistance
  • Onboarding programs for new hires

Note: Job duties may change or new ones may be added without notice to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, including experience with unions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Experience conducting investigations and resolving employment issues
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with management
  • Ability to train and present to staff and management
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative to improve processes
