Job Description

Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. We offer a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education, and retail operations. Our goal is to create culinary experiences that promote student success by providing healthy, nutritious meals with excellent dining experiences. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to support HR functions for Aramark employees at Tulsa PS. This role involves managing recruitment, payroll, and employee relations support. This position is on-site 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities
  • Resolve employee issues, including hotline responses, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
  • Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Recruit and make hiring decisions for hourly food service positions.
  • Process payroll and assist with benefits as needed.
  • Support onboarding programs for new hourly hires.
