We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to support HR functions for Aramark employees at Tulsa PS. This role involves managing recruitment, payroll, and employee relations support. This position is on-site 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve employee issues, including hotline responses, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Recruit and make hiring decisions for hourly food service positions.
• Process payroll and assist with benefits as needed.
• Support onboarding programs for new hourly hires.

Qualifications
