Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager acts as a consultant for leaders on building a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging, while serving as a resource for employees on all issues related to human resources. This includes monitoring leaders’ coaching competencies, providing guidance to foster a high-performance culture, serving as a resource in conflict resolution and employee relations, coordinating or conducting leadership training on applicable employment laws and policies, and driving systemic change in processes, organizational structure, FTE management, and job evaluations.
