Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Duties: The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absences, and compliance with labor laws.
Location: This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000 USD
