Sodexo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager 3 to support a wide range of HR functions for both hourly frontline employees and management at UT Health Tyler hospitals located in the Tyler, TX area.
This role will ensure adherence to all Sodexo policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and retention. Key responisbilites include employee relations, conducting investigations and maintaining documentation, performance and evaluations, labor management, leave of absence and workers compensation administration, as well as recruiting and onboarding new employees.The ideal candidate will be an experienced human resources professional with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
