XPO Logistics seeks a Human Resources Manager in Washington, DC, to lead performance and talent management across domicile and supported sites. You will coach management and hourly staff on policies, discipline, and employee relations while driving recruiting, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, HR leadership experience, HRMS proficiency, and travel as needed. Expect a competitive package and opportunities to influence workforce outcomes at XPO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 5 years in HR in complex environments.
• Experience leading direct reports.
• Experience with HRMS and related HR software.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel 25% of the time.

• Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor and transportation industry regulations; and deliver training to maintain compliance.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Annual Salary Range: $109,960 to $137,449

Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
