Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co in Tucson's Catalina Foothills is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance across the hotel.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage HRIS onboarding, compensation planning, and program development, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports guest experience and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or hotel property, leadership preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Experience in recruitment, leaves of absence, learning & development, and workers' compensation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Human Resources in ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
  • Execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and affirmative action requirements.
  • Maintain HRIS onboarding, training assignments, certification tracking, and audit readiness.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a dynamic workplace.
  • Collaborate on changes in hotel needs and market trends to enhance staff satisfaction.
  • Prepare offers and update staffing guides to meet workforce planning needs.
  • Assist in policy development and operational decisions aligned with hotel objectives.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
  • Assist in responding to labor charges and managing workers' compensation and leaves.
