Job summary

Plona Partners is partnering with a leading international law firm to identify an experienced Human Resources Manager to support its San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. This hybrid role offers 3 days in office and 2 remote, with travel to the nearby Silicon Valley office as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to handle highly confidential matters with sound judgment.
• Experience supervising or developing HR staff.

We’re partnering with a leading international law firm to identify an experienced Human Resources Manager to support its San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who understands the pace, discretion, and complexity of a sophisticated professional services environment and wants to take ownership of HR operations across two important California offices.

Hybrid | 3 days in office / 2 remote

Regular travel to a nearby Silicon Valley office as needed

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted partner to local office leadership while working closely with the firm’s broader HR organization. The role will have meaningful responsibility across employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, recruiting, immigration coordination, and day-to-day HR administration.
