We are partnering with a well-established, privately held U.S. medical device manufacturer with over three decades of operation and a strong international presence. This is a sole-charge HR Manager role sitting within a hands-on manufacturing environment of approximately 125 employees. As the company's dedicated HR resource, you will cover all functional areas including compliance, payroll, employee relations, and safety. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and people-focused thinking to a growing organization.

Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
Performance bonuses: paid weekly, monthly, and annually
Retirement: Simple IRA with employer contribution
Paid time off: 5 days after 6 months; an additional 5 days after 12 months; increasing by 10 days per year up to 5 years of service
