Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is a critical role at Maine Eye Center, leading all HR activities including recruiting, retention, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and compliance. This position is based on-site in Portland, Maine.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification such as SHRM
• 5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work onsite in Portland, Maine

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hiring strategies, recruitment, and onboarding processes
