Come grow with us … We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Paulding Ohio, while also supporting the NTA team in Ridgeville Corners, Ohio. This position will have a strong focus on recruitment for all levels of the organization in addition to performing other human resources and payroll functions.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs a variety of complex and routine administrative, technical, and professional human resources functions including policies, programs, and procedures to ensure stable associate relations, productive work environment, and company goals and objectives. Coordinate and administers (by means of proactive planning, action, and maintenance), directly or indirectly, the Human Resources functions for the plant in assigned area(s) of Benefits, Compensation, Employment/ Recruitment, HRIS, Payroll, Staffing, Training, and Associate Relations. This position will also have some accounts receivables and accounts payables responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS
Plant: Various types of manufacturing environments.
Standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise level.
PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, Kevlar sleeves, hearing protection, etc. may be required in designated engineering, manufacturing, or industrial areas. Personal attire standards may apply.
Involves moderate or occasional presence of some slightly disagreeable conditions, i.e., cold, dust, heat, odor, etc.
