As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as an employee champion and change agent, enhancing HR effectiveness through strategic planning, program development, performance coaching, and career development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting employee training and onboarding

• Administering affirmative action and employee relations programs
• Monitoring department budgets
• Advising and motivating managers on handling specific situations
