Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership team, aligningpeoplestrategies with operational priorities and businessobjectives.
Lead the administration and implementation of allsitehuman resources programs, practices, and services.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members and other assigned direct reports.
Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and change management.
Serve as an associate advocate while applying company policies andpracticesfairly, consistently, and respectfully.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
Conducttimely, thorough, and objective workplace investigations and recommendappropriate actions.
Partner with leaders toidentifyworkforce risks, talent gaps, staffing priorities, and organizational capability needs.
Lead site talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and employee development efforts.
Support recruiting,selection, onboarding, retention, and internal movement processes.
Manage siterewardand recognition programs and the associated budget.
Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, accountability, communication, and workplace culture.
Support community outreach and associate involvement initiatives.
Use workforce data, trends, and feedback toidentifyopportunities and recommend effective solutions.
Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and business information.
Bachelor Degree
