Atrium Hospitality is seeking an HR leader for Montgomery Embassy Suites to oversee property-level HR operations in Montgomery, AL. This full-time role partners with hiring managers to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws, while supporting a positive associate experience.

The position offers competitive compensation in the $55,000–$65,000 range, along with benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and growth opportunities within the Atrium

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data and compliance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on property, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs that support associate development and brand standards.
• Champion associate engagement and relations through recognition programs and performance management.
• Administer safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3–5 years of HR leadership experience to confidently oversee all property-level HR functions and initiatives.
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and sound decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support strategic and day-to-day HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data, communication, and compliance tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, critical for building trust and fostering a positive associate experience.
