The role drives talent, culture, and business performance in a manufacturing setting, covering workforce planning, employee relations, succession planning, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing and/or R&D.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent management, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Data-driven with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline required.

Our client, a rapidly growing global medical device manufacturer just North of Minneapolis, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with leadership and drive HR strategy during an exciting period of growth and integration. This is a high-impact role supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment with opportunities to influence talent, culture, and business performance.

This position will pay between $95K-$130K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit
