Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, investigations, performance coaching, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including multi-state labor and leave requirements.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Manage employee performance processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
• Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational changes.
• Administer compensation programs, including wage recommendations, promotions, and salary administration.

This role oversees employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, training and development, and organizational effectiveness. This HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing coaching and guidance while implementing HR strategies that support operational success.

Requirements of the Human Resources Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or a related field required.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
