Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources in Miami is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage recruitment, new hire orientation, onboarding, employee termination, and payroll. This role partners with managers to address human resources needs and ensures policy adherence.

The position is hybrid in Brickell, Miami FL. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and termination, payroll management, policy compliance, training coordination, and development of HR programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
  • 10+ years' of experience working in Human Resources.
  • Must be experienced with payroll for a large organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
